Epoch's own 24-volt charger and Epoch's own 24-volt LiFePO4 pack. Their page states the charger is "intended for compatible 24V LiFePO4 batteries" — a class, not this SKU, so the row is as specific as they were.

The manufacturer states this charger must not be used with the following batteries:
Epoch's page for the charger says: "This charger is intended for compatible 24V LiFePO4 batteries. Do not use it on 12V batteries, 36V batteries, 48V batteries, or lead-acid / AGM batteries unless Epoch confirms compatibility for your exact battery and application." The prohibition is conditional: Epoch leave a route open, which is to ask them about a particular battery and use. Nothing on either product's page confirms these pairings, so what is published is a refusal.
