Lithium Pros
A Knoxville maker of lithium marine batteries, established March 2011 by a team who had previously built Powermaster Performance and XS Power, and whose background is racing and engine starting rather than storage. They state RESERVE MINUTES for a trolling battery scoped to a named motor maker's throttle setting — "assumes 50% setting on a Minn Kota motor and 50% duty cycle" — which answers how long you can fish in a way an amp-hour rating never does. Their trolling range runs 24 V and 36 V in Group 31, Group 24 and GC12 cases, in four series: M for the standard pack, TM and L for Bluetooth, and N for packs carrying an embedded BM-21 monitor that reports to the boat's NMEA 2000 network beside the sounder and chartplotter. Their pages are unusually detailed and unusually inconsistent: several state an energy figure that does not match their own voltage and capacity, one states two capacities and two weights, and the addresses of six products carry older part numbers than the products sold at them.
