Devices whose figures this pack does not meet

Neither maker names the other. These devices publish a draw this pack’s own maker does not rate it to deliver continuously. That is a comparison of two documents and not a manufacturer’s refusal — check both against your own equipment before deciding anything.

Minn Kota's manual for this motor asks for at least a 105 amp-hour rating.

Minn Kota's website battery guide asks for 110 amp-hours rather than the manual's 105, and they have not reconciled the two; at 65 this pack falls short of both.

Lithium Pros publish a reserve-minute figure for this pack and it names Minn Kota, which is not a statement that the two go together: their footnote assumes a 50% throttle setting on a Minn Kota motor and a 50% duty cycle, so it is a runtime estimate for one motor at one throttle position.

It is not the BCI reserve capacity — minutes at a fixed 25 amps — which is the measure Minn Kota's own requirement refers to, so the two numbers should not be set against each other.

Minn Kota attach a condition to the chemistry that no comparison of capacities can settle: this motor is "specifically designed to run on traditional lead-acid batteries", and "running a Minn Kota trolling motor at speeds higher than 85% for a prolonged period could cause permanent damage to the motor".

On charging they are the other way about — motors and Precision chargers made in 2021 or later carry a lithium profile, and earlier Precision chargers can charge lithium on the AGM setting.

Neither company has named the other and nobody has tested the pairing.

Lithium Pros rate the TM2265 at 65 amp-hours each, 40 amp-hours short of it.

Minn Kota's own battery-guidance page (not the page cited below) also forbids mixing types in such a string: "Do not connect a Lead-Acid and Lithium in a series to create a 24-volt system", which rules out part-upgrading an existing lead-acid set.

  Lithium Pros rate the TM2265 at 65 amp-hours, 40 amp-hours short of it. Minn Kota's battery-guidance table recommends AGM or lithium at 100 amp-hours for a 55 lb motor, alongside the manual sentence quoted above.

  Minn Kota's manual for this motor is explicit that two 12-volt batteries wired in series are required, and their amp-hour figure is asked of the battery rather than of the string. Their battery-guidance table recommends lithium at 100 to 125 amp-hours for an 80 lb motor.

  Minn Kota's manual for this motor is explicit that three 12-volt batteries wired in series are required, and their amp-hour figure is asked of the battery rather than of the string. Their battery-guidance table recommends lithium at 125 to 150 amp-hours for a 112 lb motor.
