  Lithium Pros' own sentence is "Built with Lithium Iron Phosphate cells tested to the UL1642 standard". Every word of that is narrower than the mark a buyer expects to find in a specification list, in three separate ways. It is about the cells. UL 1642 covers lithium cells, not the assembled battery — the standard's subject is the cell that goes inside. A battery built from cells tested to UL 1642 is not itself certified to anything by that fact. UL 1973 and IEC 62619 are the standards that cover a finished pack, and neither is claimed anywhere on these pages. It says tested to, not certified. Those are different claims. No certificate, certificate number or issuing document is published. It names no cell supplier. Which cells, tested by whom, is not stated. None of that makes the claim false. It makes it a claim about what is inside the battery rather than about the battery, and the maker's own wording is given above so a reader can weigh it themselves.

  Lithium Pros print the words "ABYC E-13 compliant" in the specification list on this battery's page, with no certificate, no certificate number and no issuing document behind them. It is the only one of their nine trolling batteries whose page names a marine standard at all. ABYC E-13 is real. The American Boat & Yacht Council list it in their own published standards as "E-13, Lithium Ion Batteries". But it is an installation standard: it governs how a lithium battery is selected and installed on a boat — the charging arrangement, the grounding, the over-current protection, the precautions against thermal runaway. Its subject is the vessel's electrical system rather than the battery as a product. A battery cannot hold it the way a battery holds a product certification, and an installation built to it says nothing about the pack that went in. So the claim is neither empty nor quite what it looks like. Read fairly, it says this pack is suitable for an installation built to E-13. Nothing published establishes that, and no independent record of it appears anywhere public. The brand's other eight trolling batteries make no ABYC claim, including the L3167-36, which is the same L series. A retailer does describe the L3167-36 as ABYC E-13 compliant. Lithium Pros' own page for it does not.

They name a voltage and a family rather than a model, so this row is exactly as specific as they were: it places the pack inside the description the charger gives, and does not say the two were tested together. It connects with alligator clips rather than being wired in. Lithium Pros put the recharge time at four to six hours on their own 24 volt packs, and qualify it themselves: actual time varies by application and by how much energy was used. Charging and discharging are different questions: this is 10 amps going in, and Lithium Pros publish no discharge current for any of their packs, so nothing here says what the pack delivers.
