What this standard covers, in our words

UN Regulation No. 10, revision 07 — uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles with regard to electromagnetic compatibility. Published by the UNECE World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations (WP.29) under the 1958 Agreement. Approvals are granted by national authorities and carry an "E" number for the granting country: E4 is the Netherlands. The address here is UNECE's own vehicle regulations page; their site answers a plain request with a challenge page and exposes no per-regulation address that could be verified, so the publisher's page is named rather than a guess at a document URL.
