Above the top of Minn Kota's 100–125 Ah lithium band, which is a longer day rather than a problem — their band is guidance for runtime, not a ceiling the motor enforces. Minn Kota's installation manual states their motors are designed for lead acid, that lithium holds a higher voltage for longer, and that running above 85% speed for a prolonged period could cause permanent damage to the motor.
