Spain's national alert network for NON-FOOD consumer products, coordinated by the Dirección General de Consumo of the Ministerio de Derechos Sociales, Consumo y Agenda 2030 and fed by a contact point in each autonomous community. In the DGC's own words it exists "para evitar que los productos no alimenticios peligrosos lleguen a las personas consumidoras", and it is connected to the European Safety Gate. Its public register holds 1,480 current notices and 9,703 filed before 31 March 2022 — 11,183 in all, back to 2006 — across 44 product categories from Juguetes to Material eléctrico. THIS IS NOT AESAN. The Agencia Española de Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrición is the food-safety and nutrition agency and publishes only Alertas alimentarias; it holds no non-food product safety at all.

Spain’s Red de Alerta nacional publish no terms about reusing what they put out — we looked, on the date shown above, and found none. That is not permission and we do not treat it as permission. Where a notice of theirs is quoted on this site it is marked as theirs, it is attributed to them, and their own address is printed beside it so you can read the notice at the source.
The Aviso Legal at consumo.gob.es/es/servicios-al-ciudadano/aviso-legal, read 23 September 2026, opens: "Este es un dominio en internet de la titularidad del Ministerio de Derechos Sociales, Consumo y Agenda 2030 ... El dominio www.dsca.gob.es y todos los subdominios y directorios incluidos bajo la misma (en adelante conjuntamente denominados como el Portal) cumplen la función de información general y atención al ciudadano en los términos del Real Decreto 208/1996". Our English, labelled as ours: this is an internet domain belonging to the Ministry, and the domain and all subdomains and directories beneath it serve a general-information and citizen-service function. The page then addresses liability, hyperlinking and IP addresses and cookies, and NOTHING ELSE — there is no copyright section, no licence, and no reference to Ley 37/2007 or to the reuse of public sector information. That is a measured absence rather than an unread page, and it is why every permission above is UNKNOWN. ROBOTS, SEPARATELY AND UNRESOLVED: servicios.consumo.gob.es serves no robots.txt that can be READ — four requests on 23 September 2026, three with curl (30 s, 90 s, 90 s) and one through a real browser (60 s), all got no HTTP response at all, as did "/" and a nonsense path, while a path inside a mapped application context answers a proper 404. The host is a Tomcat with no ROOT context. This catalogue's own rule treats an unanswered robots request as a stop, so the adapter refuses every run and nothing from this register is held yet.
