This is the Commission's general reuse policy (Commission Decision of 12 December 2011 on the reuse of Commission documents; data.europa.eu's own legal notice/copyright pages) — verified live, but NOT confirmed to be a Safety-Gate-dataset-specific statement (no distinct reuse notice was found scoped to the weekly-export XML itself). Recorded as the best real evidence available, with this caveat stated honestly rather than treated as dataset-specific.
