Remarks (備考): Reason for the recall (リコール実施の理由): Cases have been confirmed of the alarm being raised even though the internal cooling fan is in fact working normally. If this keeps happening, attention to the alarm when a real fault occurs may lapse; as a result a genuine fault may be missed, with the possibility of abnormal heating, and there is a risk that equipment connected to it may be damaged.

回収・改修（ファームウェア更新） ※対象製品につきましては、ファームウェアを更新することで本不具合は解消されます。 お客様ご自身での更新作業はできませんので、事業者まで製品をご返送いたくと、無償にてファームウェア更新作業を実施いたします。 改修後の識別について、ファームウェア更新済みの製品には、本体底面ラベルの型式の右側に識別用に緑色の●シールを貼付の上、返送いたします。 シリアルナンバーの確認方法 シリアルナンバーは底面ラベルのバーコード下の数字です。 ※「T24A よりも前」のシリアルナンバーの製品は、ファン変更前の製品であり、本不具合は発生しないため、引き続きご使用いただけます。 ※現在エラー表示が発生していない場合でも、対象シリアルナンバーの製品は無償改修の対象となります。

Customers cannot carry out the update themselves; if the product is returned to the business, the firmware update is carried out free of charge. To identify repaired units, a product whose firmware has been updated is returned with a green ● sticker to the right of the model number on the label on the underside of the unit. How to check the serial number The serial number is the number beneath the barcode on the underside label. ※ Products with serial numbers from before “T24A” predate the fan change and do not have this defect, so they may continue to be used. ※ Even if no error is currently displayed, a product with an affected serial number is eligible for the free repair.
