Consumers should immediately stop using the Torqeedo outboard motor battery. Consumers with the affected models will need to register the batteries on the https://www.torqeedo.com/safety Torqeedo GmbH will then contact consumers directly to advise which Torqeedo service centre to get the battery checked and repaired or replaced.
